1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Glowth Digital FZ-LLC (“Glowth”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Glowth provides digital marketing services — including SEO, paid advertising, website design, social media management, ecommerce development, reputation management and AI booking automation — for beauty salons, aesthetic clinics and medspas. Specific scope, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are confirmed separately in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
3. Engagements & billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Glowth engagements run on a monthly rolling basis. Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are managed within the client’s own ad accounts and are separate from Glowth’s management fees.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Glowth does not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising costs, follower counts or booking volumes, as these depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, market conditions, competitor activity). We do commit to transparent reporting and evidence-based strategy.
5. Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of medical, treatment and pricing claims provided to Glowth for use in marketing content. Glowth builds campaigns within advertising platform policies for healthcare and aesthetic services but final regulatory compliance for medical claims remains the client’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, content, designs and website assets created for a client become the client’s property, except for Glowth’s proprietary tools, frameworks and pre-existing materials.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly engagement with written notice per the agreed notice period in the service agreement. Client data, accounts and assets remain with the client upon termination.
8. Limitation of liability
Glowth’s liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period. Glowth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
