Online stores for salons — the revenue hiding in your treatment room.
Of clients buy recommended products
They trust your therapist's advice — then buy the product from whoever sells it online at 11 PM.
Typical salon retail share of revenue
Top-performing beauty businesses run 15–25%. The gap is a system, not a shelf.
Sales when you're closed
Your shelf retails 10 hours a day. A store sells 24 — including the post-treatment "I need that serum" moment.
Of UAE carts get abandoned
Without recovery flows — WhatsApp nudges, payment options — two-thirds of intent evaporates
Beauty ecommerce, built end to end
Store build — Shopify or WooCommerce
A fast, on-brand storefront that matches your salon's design language — product pages, bundles, gift cards and treatment add-ons, structured for both browsing and Google Shopping.
- Platform recommendation for your catalogue & team
- Bundles, kits & gift card setup
- Product schema for Google Shopping
- Mobile-first, under 2 seconds
UAE payments & delivery
Configured for how the UAE actually buys: cards, Apple Pay, COD, and buy-now-pay-later (Tabby / Tamara) — plus courier integration with same-day Dubai options and click-and-collect at your salon.
- Cards, Apple Pay, COD, Tabby & Tamara
- UAE courier integration, same-day capable
- Click-and-collect that drives repeat visits
- VAT-compliant invoicing
Product content that sells
Beauty products sell on outcomes, not ingredient lists. We write and shoot product pages the way clients decide: what it does, who it's for, how it pairs with their treatment — with your therapists as the trust layer.
- Product copy written for outcomes & SEO
- Photography direction or full shoot day
- "Pairs with your treatment" cross-sells
- Review collection on every product
Booking automation for laser & derma centres
Laser courses mean recurring appointments — and recurring no-show risk. The bot manages session scheduling across the full course, sends pre-appointment prep instructions (shaving, sun exposure), and rebooks missed sessions before the gap breaks results.
- Abandoned-cart recovery (WhatsApp + email)
- Replenishment reminders timed to product life
- Post-treatment aftercare kit automation
- Seasonal & offer campaign flows

Should my salon really sell online?
If you retail in-store, yes — you already do the hard part (trust and recommendation). The store just removes the limits of shelf hours and shelf space, typically adding 10–20% revenue at retail margins.
Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify wins on day-to-day simplicity; WooCommerce wins when your main site is WordPress and you want one system. We recommend based on catalogue size, your team and your existing website — both are proven.
What about products we don't manufacture?
Most salon stores sell brands they already stock — check your reseller terms, which usually permit it. Kits and bundles of stocked products are the margin sweet spot.
Is COD still necessary in the UAE?
Less than before, but yes — a meaningful segment still prefers it, and BNPL (Tabby/Tamara) captures another. Payment breadth is cheap; lost checkouts aren't.
How do we get traffic to the store?
You already have it: your booking flow, WhatsApp list, Instagram and post-treatment moments. Flows convert owned traffic first; Google Shopping and Meta catalogue ads scale it later.
What happens to the conversation data?
Every chat is logged in your dashboard: enquiry source, treatment interest, booking outcome and revenue. Monthly reports show precisely what the bot earned you — appointment by appointment.
Glowth ecommerce vs. a typical store builder
| Growth | Typical store builder | |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy | Aftercare kits wired to treatments | Upload products, hope |
| UAE payments | ✓ Cards, COD, Tabby, Tamara | Global defaults |
| Retention flows | ✓ WhatsApp + email, included | ✗ "Install an app" |
| Product content | ✓ Written & shot for outcomes | Manufacturer copy-paste |
| Ties into bookings | ✓ One customer journey | ✗ Separate island |
| After launch | Monthly AOV & flow optimisation | Invoice, goodbye |
The winning setup isn’t bot or human — it’s your team on the floor, the bot on the phones.
